If your gift card is from our previous program (before January 15, 2024), a new electronic gift card was sent to the email address associated with the original purchase.
If you or the person who gifted the card did not receive it, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the first name, last name, and email address used at the time of purchase so that we can resolve the issue.
