A product is missing or incorrect in my order. What should I do?Updated 24 days ago

We’re really sorry about the mistake in your order! 

So that we can correct the situation, please contact us and include:

  • A photo of the items you received (in the case of a partial order)
  • A photo of the packing slip included in your package

Please also let us know whether you would prefer the missing products to be resent, or a refund.
