My package is missing. What should I do?Updated 8 days ago

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check the area around your address and ask your neighbors or building concierge.
  • Wait 3 business days - packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly ahead of time.
  • If the package is still missing, please contact us. An investigation will be opened with the carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact us.
