If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check the area around your address and ask your neighbors or building concierge.
- Wait 3 business days - packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly ahead of time.
- If the package is still missing, please contact us. An investigation will be opened with the carrier.
