How do I remove the safety lock from the pump on your products?
Remove the plastic ring located under the pump head. For 1 L formats, hold the collar and twist the pump head until it pops up.
Do your products have an expiration date?
Some products do, and this information is indicated on the packaging. For others, we recommend using them within the suggested time frame based on the product type. For household products, we recommend using them ideally within 3 years of purchase.
Can your products be used in lakes, rivers, or natural environments (e.g., camping)?
We do not recommend using our products in lakes or natural waterways, even if the ingredients are of natural origin. Some cleaning products may be harmful to aquatic ecosystems.
Can I add essential oils to your products?
This is not recommended. Our products are not tested with added essential oils.
