How do subscriptions work?
How can I subscribe to a product?
It is simple. On the product page, select the option “Subscribe and save 10%,” choose your preferred delivery frequency, then click “Add to cart.”
Which products are eligible for subscription?
All products sold individually are eligible for subscription, with the exception of bundles and accessories.
How does the first subscription order work?
Once your subscription is confirmed, the following steps apply. The shipping address and payment method used for your first order will automatically apply to future orders as well.
Can I earn loyalty points on subscriptions?
Yes. If you are logged into your account and a member of the Rewards Club, your points will be automatically added with each order.
Can I use a promo code with subscriptions?
Promo codes do not apply to subscription products. However, if your code comes from a Rewards Club points redemption, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form so the code can be applied to your subscription.
Can I combine a promotional discount with a subscription?
Unfortunately, no. A subscription already provides an automatic 10 percent discount.
Is shipping free for subscription orders?
Yes. If your subscription order exceeds $69 before taxes and without using a promo code, shipping is free.
