I have a First Nations status card. How can I request a tax refund?Updated 10 days ago

First Nations customers may request a refund of GST/HST and/or PST on eligible purchases. Requests must be submitted within 180 days of the order date. After this period, ATTITUDE will no longer be able to process the refund.

You must contact us for each order once it has been is marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds prior to this confirmation.

Please contact us and provide the following information, along with your proof of tax exemption:

  • Your email address
  • Your mailing address
  • Your order number(s)
  • A front and back copy of your First Nations status card (PDF, JPG, or PNG format)

For residents of Ontario, the law does not allow tax exemption on online purchases. However, you may submit a refund request directly to the Ontario Ministry of Finance.
